Lead Time
The current lead time, which is the time taken to craft your special piece, is 1-2 weeks. This period does not include delivery time, which is 2-3 working days locally. All items are 100% handmade by a single leathercrafter and comes with a lifetime guarantee. This means we stand by our quality materials and techniques, any failures (no matter how unlikely) can be returned for free repair or replacement as long as you own it. Each piece is made by hand in Trinidad & Tobago, one at a time. No shortcuts, no mass production. Just careful work and traditional luxury. We are a small family, single-craftsman studio. What leaves the bench is fully controlled, start to finish.

Terms of Service
Payment, shipping, and returns
We offer Local Delivery and worldwide shipping. Each order is handmade, with love and care, by a single leathercrafter and packaged especially for you. The current wait time for your handcrafted piece is 1-2 weeks excluding delivery time. The exception to this is the Ready to Ship category where you can pick up pieces already crafted and ready to find a home. After the item is made it is then usually shipped within 2 days of completion. When purchasing it's better to take into account the maximum lead time, the 2 day preparation time and up to 3 working days for local TTPOST delivery. All sales come with a lifetime guarantee. In the event any malfunction or failure occurs, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection. Note personalized goods cannot be returned outside of this. Quality full grain leather are natural materials, so hides may or may not have some character to them. They may contain fat lines, scars or insect bites. These are inconsistencies that can sometimes be included in the finished goods. In my opinion they are marks of quality, and only reinforces that your wallet, bag or accessory was uniquely and individually handcrafted in the best way possible.
